I installed a theme & some modules and then "Apps", and level10 OE and Event app on my godaddy shared hosting account.

FatalException errors occured. I could not recover.

I then completely uninstalled my Grupal instance and reinstalled on my server.
I added one theme.
I installed Apps.
I installed L10 OE.
I installed Event app and every other app I get...wait for it.

Fatal ERROR!
