First release for Drupal 11.

This is a complete rewrite. The old 8.x-1.x branch was never actually ported
and still contained Drupal 7 code, so nothing carries over. Install this as a
new module. There is no upgrade path from 7.x-1.x, no migration is provided,
and any error rows in an existing Drupal 7 database should be treated as
throwaway.
