Added "Configure" link on modules page.
Incorporated suggestion at https://drupal.org/node/1947690 whereby the tabs menu closes after 4 seconds of inactivity.
Moved the revised drupal_add_css() to hook_init() as per the Drupal reference's recommendation.
Fixed an issue where the CSS was not included in system-aggregated stylesheets.
Updated minor javascript stupidity
