Releases for Index.php Redirect

Initial development release.

Current features:
- Redirects /index.php/path URLs to /path.
- Supports permanent 301 and temporary 302 redirects.
- Preserves paths and query strings.
- Supports Drupal installations in subdirectories.
- Provides configurable path exclusions.
- Excludes update.php, install.php, cron.php, and authorize.php by default.
- Includes optional redirect logging.
- Processes only main GET and HEAD requests.
- Supports Drupal 10 and Drupal 11.
