Fixed a couple of issues including:
#1932340 Missing Drupal core > 7.20 support: hover_preview images being NOT shown no more
new major version due to untested upgrade compatibility - though this should work.
Initial Drupal 8 Port.
Since the initial port in the development snapshot, changes include:
Drupal 7 development snapshot for the Hover Preview module.
Initial release of module.
Initial development snapshot release of code.
