Fixing PHP 5.3 errors.
Fixing issue #1241092 and converting all loads to use auto-loading method for further speed improvements.
Adding option to include different version of jQuery for use with default theme (and it's base themes). Version must be higher than that of the default jQuery version.
Initial release.
