module weight in system table

Hi! thanks for this simple module.

I have a problem with flatcomments_remove_reply_link option . I check this option for my content type , but link not hide.

This was because I have forum_access module installed, and it implement hook_comment_view too, but more hight weight in the system table.

I think, that flatcomments module should have the highest priority to always correctly hide links .
