Sorry, if this feature or the request for it already exist.

My site aggregates about 100 feeds via cron at the moment.
Some are updated daily, some weekly and some every month by the author of the feed content,
but my site looks every day for new items (cron runs every 15min).
It would be great if i could set a period when Feed API should look for new items.
E.g. instead of 'Pause automatic feed update' i can select every second, third, fourth time cron .
tries to refresh the feed.
