Steps to reproduce:

1. Install a fresh Drupal installation (or try the module on Simplytest (http://simplytest.me/project/entityqueue_form_widget)
2. Enable this module with Entityqueue module
3. Create a test Entityqueue and assign it to "Article" content type
4. Go to /node/add/article
5. You will see an error Fatal error: Call to undefined method Drupal\entityqueue\Controller\EntityQueueUIController::entityGetAllowedSubqueList() in /path/to/drupal/sites/default/modules/entityqueue_form_widget/entityqueue_form_widget.module on line 19
