- `drupal-devkit harness-plugin {list,info,install,uninstall}` — manage harness-native plugins. V1 backend is Claude Code (shells out to `claude plugin ...` with `-s project` scope — never touches `~/.claude/`). Idempotent with auto-rollback on partial failure.
- `gkastanis/drupal-workflow` registered as the first harness-native plugin (Claude Code) and, dually, as a skill-only marketplace for other harnesses.
