use core's default profile function for creating standard content types

I've just found this works in hook_profile_tasks:

  $default_profile_path = drupal_get_path('profile', 'default');
  include_once $default_profile_path . '/default.profile';
  default_profile_tasks();

Would slim down the profile code.
