Just like how Drupal can generate a one-use password reset URL, it should be possible for the Send Form to be configured so that users can generate a link to allow access to the form. That way anonymous users can still send files, but any automated attacks are stopped completely.

This would be best for when users want to be sent files only from those they know, and not potential clients / customers / etc.
