New features

Development release of the Droost CMS recipe — the composition layer of the
Droost ecosystem. It layers on drupal_cms_starter and adds: Droost (the MCP
toolkit AI coding agents drive) with its brain, search, examples, display,
views, Canvas, and playbook submodules enabled; Droost Theme as the site
default; UI Patterns 2 (+ field formatters) as the SDC display substrate; and
a shipped reference design pattern — an "event" content type whose default
display is composed entirely from single directory components.
