Thank you for the great job!
I updated my drupal core in version 7.31 and after that no gear appears in blocks and views!!

Contextual links enabled with right permissions

I 'm using a bought template
print render($title_suffix); and print render($title_prefix); in my template ok!

I 've also tried drupal themes like bartik or garland and could not see any gear for configuration...
Please help!!!
