Third alpha release focused on archive verification hardening and contrib metadata cleanup. Archive verification now validates package files through the selected package type, uninstall no longer deletes managed imported assets, unused permission and config schema metadata was removed, default source directory fallback paths are normalized, and AGENTS.md repository guidance was added. Verified with php -l, composer validate --no-check-publish, git diff --check, and the Drupal 11 kernel suite (70 tests, 1077 assertions).
