Hi,

Issue happening when on admin/commerce/config/currency/userpoints/add page you enter existed currency code to "Currency code" field. For instance USD. System allow it and after that drupal / commerce start to show validation errors on checkout and other pages. I think system should check and warn about it.

I will try to check and contribute patch which will do such a validation.
