I need to change either the qty of a products or the price of a product based on how many line items that the purchaser has entered. The concept is similar to a company PA registering a group of people to attend a conference where the PA enters the names of the attendees and the price changes based on the number of people added as line items

How would I go about doing this using extra rules?
