Is there any patch to enable the compatibility of this efficient and nice module with field comments module?

I install the patch in this address and it works for me and a non-member user can not post comment on the group content. But in that content type I enable the field comments option for a field that can have ultimate values and I test it. The result is that a non-member can post a field comment on that content and this is not good.
