This provides first, last name and social media URL synchronization. The latter is with hard-coded CiviCRM custom ID field numbers. Also, the Bio field provided by Commons is missing. A naming convention must be created for the social media URLs (likely a 'Social Media' custom data fields set) and custom id number discovery must be implemented and tested.
The code is useful as is, though, if you modify the custom ID numbers to suit your implementation.
