Please provide a place to enter help text to display above the target selection and/or a way to rename "Select your target".

For example if we are making a selection to an email to the Premier of a province it would be nice to change it to "Select your Province/Premier".

For other more complex targets it would be nice to enter help text like "Your MP will be chosen based on your Postal code"
