I am using CCK signup with the volunteer_rally features. I want to create a view that is a text listing of the shifts that are at less than total capacity (ie: a list of shifts available for sign-up). Or, alternatively, automatically change the sign-up status on those shifts to closed (I can easily filter out "closed" shifts).
