I am giving up Signup+Node Repeat + Signup multiple that have functionality and usability major drawbacks.

Would this module allow to signup all users of the groups the event is posted ?
Would is allow to register above signups either in one click or by default?

I spent too much time already trying to find a solution to this apparently trivial issue, so I get a little bit lazy....
