Category edit tree

When moving categories on admin/content/category/CID page using drag-n-drop, category parent IDs are not saved correctly into the taxonomy tables. In other words, when moving categories they loose parents. This work correctly only when editing category through edit form and specify parent explicitly.

The fix for this issue is proposed in the patch attached. Please review it and consider to include in the next build.
