This release drops Drupal 10 and 11.0 from core_version_requirement. Those versions were never actually supported: every hook implementation uses the #[Hook] attribute, which core only supports from Drupal 11.1.0, and there is no procedural fallback, so on Drupal 10 and 11.0 none of the module's hooks were ever invoked. No release of Bulk Fields works on those versions.
