First of all, thank you for that great module - I find it more flexible and useful than the features. The main thing that I don't like in features, is the feature module must be always being enabled. With your module, I can easily track changes and import/export my main site settings without enabling other extra modules and keeps them enabled.

What about feeds support? Feed configuration can be easily turned into code - http://drupal.org/node/622698, look for phrase "Exportables and default hook". But the resulting code can be used only in custom modules, there is now way to import settings like views and content types.
