I just want to know whether BOOST module has checked the global configuration variable, $GLOBALS['conf']['cache'] = FALSE;

My requirement is, site has to be viewed in browser and Tablet. For tablet i have loaded some small font size. So i have checked the configuration variable, but not working. I am using boost module for site performance.
