Hi Michelle,
First off, great work on this fantastic module, I've been using the alpha very happily but am starting a new project so thought I would work with the new dev version. In the past, I have used Nodeprofile but notice you are not supporting that integration at this time.

Have you decided not to use Nodeprofile in this version in favor of Bio for a specific reason or would it be helpful to you for me to explore the integration issues with the Nodeprofile team?

Either way is fine, I have nothing against Bio, Nodeprofile just seems to fit my needs a bit better.

Thanks again for all your work,
Rob

I stopped supporting nodeprofile because I don't use it myself anymore and answering issues on it required me to set up a dev site wtih nodeprofile on it just for that purpose. Also, most of the issues people ran into were with using it with nodeprofile. Since I don't get paid for this and it was sucking up a lot of my limited free time, I decided to just cut off official nodeprofile support.

That said, APK should still work with nodeprofile. The nodeprofile relationship code was moved from APK into nodeprofile itself a very long time ago. The general instructions for "resetting" the various content types should still work. I simply haven't tried it so I can't say with any certainty.

What has been removed is the nodeprofile_helper module. That module provided the option to put edit tabs across the top and a little function that set the node title automatically when the form was on registration page. If you can live without those, then give it a try. Or just keep the nodeprofile_helper out as its own project and continue using it.

In D6, there is only content_profile, so that's what I will be using and therefore it will be supported.

Sounds good Michelle,
I'll probably just use Bio for this project then, I've been looking at content profile as well but have not been able to go to the D6 route either yet as I wait for updates from a few modules that I use regularly.

Thanks again,
Rob
