Fixed a number of issues:
- fixed some CSS display issues - applied patch to fix head output overriding modules - added support for Touch Icons module
Our first release, charging in with beta1 right out of the blocks - Adaptivetheme is a pretty highly evolved theme so the mobile subtheme is small extension of it, not much dev is needed here.
