Module doesn't work (with fixes)

Module doesn't work. Was looking for refund stuff for commerce, found this. Doesn't work. It seems to negate all my new sales for some reason. Enough for me to not attempt to make it actually work.

In order to find out that it doesn't work, I had to fix some bugs first so I could enable it. Attaches are those fixes.

As mentioned, even with this patch, the module does not work properly, but at least this will allow you to enable the module.

For those who find this, I'm looking into using https://drupal.org/project/commerce_reverse_payments instead.
