As far as I can follow in the regarding issue queue your project is already submitted and allowed to become a full project, from what I understood of the last post from klausi on this. But this was from January. Any show stoppers we should know of?

Another concern of mine is, that the core jquery beautytips plugin seems to be removed from jquery plugin sites, so is it still under development to be the basis where the beautytips and views_beautytips module rely on?
