Possible sub-item if dopl: #1122198: Filter to make linking to drupal.org nodes faster/easier

For the wish list, find a way to quickly/easily link to api pages. I'm not sure if this would even be possible in the filter, as I can't think of an easy way for a user to reference the api. There are no nodes, and different Drupal versions have to be accounted for.
