The triptych region is transparent, so when the page background color is changed, the triptych background shifts ever so slightly. The Featured region does not do this, and it should. The Featured region use to have a image for the background — with a gradient and some fanciness. At some point that image was removed. And the featured region background should have been made transparent at that point, but it wasn't.

This is how it is now:

F0 = 240
1 - (240 / 255) = 0.0588 ~= 0.059

Sure design isn't just math, but in this case I think this makes the most sense.

Um, I think the featured region should have the same color as the triptych region — that's what I was showing above, the two regions should get along + look pretty together, and they really don't right now.

So here's a reroll. Meanwhile I also tweaked the triptych region color ever so slightly so that's it's a bit less pink, a bit more yellow. (Tiny, tiny change.) This shift will make it be more flexible for being next to the header colors.

And the tabs need to change as well to match.

I also slightly altered the sidebar block default colors for a couple of the color schemes. Why? Because the old colors were clashing with the new featured color.

This makes a lot of sense. Good ideas on making the featured match the triptych.

It looks way better, especially the sidebar blocks, very nice improvement Jen.

Minor reroll after #889256: Clean up CSS coding style. Still RTBC.
