Changes in this release:

• #959216: Skinr Panels integration - added skins for color styles to Panels and Views
• #986476: How to add a new color? - fixed problem with inappropriate bullet display in Fusion lists when using a custom color
• #984526: Making top menu same width as content below - added script.js and loaded in .info file to use for changing Superfish settings
• Changed instructions and code for using CSS3 PIE module to display CSS3 round corners in IE. Previously had suggested incorporating library in theme.
• Added ie8-fixes.css to included fixes for IE8 specific problems with CSS3 PIE (need to set z-indices)
• Corrected problems with wrong color bullets being used if have a block on a footer with background color.
