I'm having trouble making Flowplayer 3.2.5 show up in Chrome and Safari (latest PC versions). Everything works perfectly in Firefox, IE7 & 8. I have a video node set up that simply displays the .flv movie file through SWFTools. On webkit browsers, it shows up as a blank white box. The size is correct, but no video shows up. I already saw the other thread for thread saying to try other wmodes -- tried them all and nothing helped.
Embed methods tried: SWF Object 2, Direct Embedding
Wmodes tried: all
There's nothing exotic going on. Configuration's all stock with regards to SWF Tools and Flowplayer.
Thanks for any suggestions.

augiem commentedForgot to mention, the webkit browsers do work with the default flv player.

augiem commentedI found the solution to my own problems after about 5 hours of trial and error. It seems it was a problem with having gzip enabled on the server. Ugh.
