Porting Nodevote to Drupal 5.0

Attached is a directory-level patch file attempting to make node vote work with Drupal 5.0 (tested against Beta 1). I simply followed the guides outlined at node 64279, and did cursory testing to make sure I could vote on nodes and that the displays were correct.
