Extend support for i18n

Hi,

I think it makes sense when it comes to Internationalization which the translated node should have the same serial instead of increasing the serial.

For example, if I have a English node, English Content with serial ID 1, all its translated contents should keep the ID to 1 instead of ID 2 for Franch, ID 3 for Chinese, etc.
