I would like to store, import/export groups of presets for various DCSS variables so that on could save their work to the database, publish it to the live site, and then export or import those settings. Currently I am working on a Module that allows theming via the UI and it could use this functionality to make it a better solution.

I will be writing and submitting a patch for this sometime this week.
