Unhelpful output when enabling a module which doesn't meet requirements to be enabled and also depends on other modules

Example: ip2country depends on the PHP cURL library and the countries_api module.
cURL is not installed, countries_api is downloaded but not enabled.

drush> pm-enable ip2country
Module ip2country don't meet the requirements to be enabled.         [error]
The following projects will be enabled: countries_api

This message doesn't say which requirements for ip2country are unsatisfied. It's only after I respond to that prompt that I get the extra information:

ip2country requires the PHP cURL library. (Currently using cURL Not  [error]
found)

That message should have been displayed before the prompt.
