JPG image -> Drupal Openlayers help request

First of all, a pre-emptive thank you for anyone who tries to help me with this. I have been at it for hours with no luck.

In essence, I am trying to take an image for a video game and get it into openlayers so I can use the openlayers views capability to add points of interest to it. I have tried multiple configurations and have failed repeatedly (empty result)

I have a jpg image which I have chopped up with Maptiler in multiple formats, Google Maps compatible, WGS84, and Image Based Tiles. They were uploaded and tested on a webserver. My current attempt is located here http://mapserver.alanlouie.com/Ettenmoors/openlayers.html (ignore the google error as I don't use the google base layers).

In Drupal I have added layers out the wazoo in an attempt to get this to work
OSM (pointed at http://mapserver.alanlouie.com/Ettenmoors/openlayers.html)
Maptiler (pointed at http://mapserver.alanlouie.com/Ettenmoors/openlayers.html), have tried both as a base layer and an overlay
TMS (tried both http://mapserver.alanlouie.com/Ettenmoors/openlayers.html and tilemapresource.xml)
XYZ (pointed at http://mapserver.alanlouie.com/Ettenmoors/openlayers.html)
KML (pointed at http://mapserver.alanlouie.com/Ettenmoors/doc.kml)

I have attempted to create presets with map projection 900913, display projection 4326 with all of those enabled as base layers, and the overlay counterparts also as base layers. I also added the OSM Mapnik as a baselayer to ensure that it's simply working.

As of right now, I have http://www.theblackappendage.com/Ettenmoors which shows an empty map with everything except OSM Mapnik, but that shows the base layer only. I cannot make this image appear in any way, shape, or form.

The georeference coordinates loaded into maptiler are
North -9.294
South -22.646
East -10.972
West -24.324

Map is centered at -17, -17
