Customizable term path separator.

Thanks for the excellent module!
Here`s the small patch that adds ability to set custom term path separator. It may be useful when you, f.e., set the hotel node`s auto_titles to something like 'Imperial hotel (Russia, Moscow region)'. It would be fantastic if you'll review it.
