I needed to allow duplicate ingredients so that multi-part recipes are easier to read.
I don't think this will go into the recipe module, but for anyone that would like to duplicate this functionality, here is the patch for HEAD.

I think this one should be an option in the settings tab... - I recognized that some recipes we imported into our db have duplicate ingredients...
