is it possible to replace "administer site configuration" with "access tribune configuration" in the menu hook to have a better granularity with perms please ?

"administer site configuration" perm is giving too much rights to the user like modify modules list...

6.x-2.x is dead, and in 7.x-3.x there is no global configuration for tribunes.
