Session ID for erroneously blocked content was: 1011177bc06f074d3d
Didn't Mollom used to fallback to Captcha Backup if the Text analysis failed? I don't see that option anymore, and it certainly isn't working that way. :(

sunWhen no CAPTCHA appears, it means that Mollom's text analysis led to a confident result; i.e., the post is considered as spam and is not going to be accepted.
Offlein commentedOh. So, well, eh, I guess look into your confidence algorithm, because that was not spam.
Offlein commentedWait, isn't this the place to note when something is erroneously marked as spam?

sunThe Mollom web service does not provide an option to report a particular post as "ham" currently. Normally, Mollom's content analysis and author reputation algorithms automatically tweak themselves over time.
At the client-side (i.e., the Drupal module), nothing can be done to affect Mollom's analysis.
I've forwarded the feature request of allowing site administrators to report blocked content as "ham" to Mollom's development team.

Offlein commentedSun, thanks.

reinis.berzins commentedThere is something totally wrong with Mollom "Text analysis" on my site-wide-contact form (see: http://tautasvara.lv/contact) for already several months - as I always receive an alert "Your submission has triggered the spam filter and will not be accepted." and am never offered a CAPTCHA fallback. I have tried to enter various texts in the contact form (no links, no spam-like phrases, no profanity, etc.).
Besides, CAPTCHA alone option doesn't work either - 3 times I entered the CAPTCHA correctly and got an alert: "The word verification was not completed correctly. Please complete this new word verification and try again."
As I looked at the statistics of my website (www.tautasvara.lv) over a period 18.11.2010-22.01.2011 - 100% of entries were classified as spam, not a single ham.

Offlein commentedFor what it's worth, reinis.berzins, I submitted to your form and it went through. It was in English though. Perhaps Mollom doesn't like Latvian?
sunIn any case, we'd need one or more session IDs from posts there were improperly blocked (or not).
