Updated to dev to try the user title views functionality (client has been requesting this feature for some time), update went fine, activated the user titles views module, found user titles in as a usable field is selected view, upon saving/previewing said view, user titles don't output.

Yeah, I can confirm this problem with the most recent dev. Nothing shows up in Views at all.

Even worse, user titles don't show up in Author Pane unless they are manually overridden for each user.

I confirm this also. User title field results nothing also user title image field gives missing handler
