The locale module links to old language project sources. I've seen some people misguided by the instructions, finding only a few languages available for Drupal 7. In fact, locale module should link to localize.drupal.org which is the up to date source of translations. Should lead to happier users.

It's looking good. The url (http://drupal.org/project/translations) I can only find these three places.
