Not sure which issue que to post in, but I notice whenever I click on the cog and choose "Edit Skin", drupal's system-menus.css, admin.css, defaults.css, and system.css gets included into the page which messes up my layout.
I know TAO uses aggressive resets to drupal core's default styles so maybe that the problem. I don't see this behavior when I use the boxes module in page block editing.
I just wanted to know your thoughts on the matter before I posted into the TAO issue queue.
Thanks for the great module.

gmclelland CreditAttribution: gmclelland commentedhhmm... There will be module dependencies, for the theme to look right or even work. I use http://drupal.org/project/scaffold 6.x-1.5 and http://drupal.org/project/custom_search 6.x-1.6 and some others.
Ok, the sub theme is attached. When I attached the file to drupal.org it said "For security reasons, your upload has been renamed to cmftao.tar_.gz.", so you might have to rename it to cmftao.tar.gz.
