Duplicate entry '1-75' for key 'PRIMARY' query: INSERT INTO term_node (nid, vid, tid) VALUES (75, 75, 1) in /modules/taxonomy/taxonomy.module on line 709.

I'm getting this error when I add Tag Order to my site. Any idea what it could be? Let me know if you need any more information to troubleshoot.
