I'm using Acquia Slate/Fusion Core. My theme has skinr options, but when I click on the cog I don't see the dialog. Instead the Skinr options are displayed on the block page.

R-H CreditAttribution: R-H commentedDo you have to use JQuery 1.7.2? I used 1.8.6.

R-H CreditAttribution: R-H commentedIn fact if I turn off the cog in the Fusion theme, I don't even get a cog on a block.

R-H CreditAttribution: R-H commentedOk, so now I see the skinr cog on a block with one option "Edit Skin". If I select that link I am taken to a page called "SKINR SETTINGS FOR NODE TYPE STORY." Is that correct. I thought that I was suppose to edit the skinr settings in a dialog box?

Verify that you have the following: Ctools, Dialog, Jquery_update and Jquery_ui... Also if you have jquery_ui ensure that you have followed the installation instructions. A lot of people forget that step, this is probably the root of the issue.

Would be helpful to know which version of JQuery UI is needed? 1.6, 1.7, or 1.8?
FYI, I'm using Sweaver, another cool theming module, and it only works with JQuery UI 1.6. So there's a conflict with Skinr there. Not sure what the answer is.
I asked the Sweaver maintainer if he'd support more recent versions of JQuery UI and the answer was no.
