Documentation pages used to look different from projects, issues, or forum posts thanks to the different arrangements of blocks they have.

Now they look much the same -- compare:

project: http://drupal.org/project/mobileplugin
handbook page: http://drupal.org/node/458912

I feel something more should be done to make the documentation section instantly distinguishable -- sidebar position or colour perhaps?

I think they are different enough that people will be able to note where they are. They have different title headings and the documentation says About this article. I have had some trouble adjusting to the change, and therefore not knowing where I am, however now that I'm more familiar with the new look it's not so much of a problem.

Project: Drupal.org Redesign » Bluecheese

The right project for this now is the Bluecheese (theme) project. If we don't get any other discussion, the issue will be closed.

Now we have the yellow box with documentation page details I think it's a little clearer.

Would still be nice to get more input on this though.

Status: Active » Closed (works as designed)

Now documentation pages have a block with a differently-colored background.
