Somewhere along the way, D7 HEAD changed. Plus, we need to register it as not writable, since otherwise, it becomes available as an upload destination for file fields. It'll be exciting when we get #929964: Any plans to support the browser upload method? implemented, at which time, we can make the stream wrapper writable again.
